Aurora Series Hybrid SPC Waterproof Flooring is an indoor waterproof floor range designed for Australian homes, built on a rigid SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) core using the latest German technology for a stable, hard-wearing and low-maintenance floor. Warranty Coverage

State Tiles provides a residential warranty covering manufacturing defects such as cracking, warping, fading, surface defects, and abnormal expansion or contraction under normal residential use. To remain eligible, all tiles must be inspected for colour, batch consistency, and visible defects before installation, as tiles installed with visible defects are not covered.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to natural stone products, custom-cut tiles or trims, commercial applications, damage caused by incorrect installation, structural movement, misuse, excessive wear, or changes in slip resistance resulting from cleaning methods or normal use over time. The warranty covers the tiles only and does not include adhesives, grout, waterproofing materials, labour, or any related installation costs.

Installation & Claims

Installation must comply with relevant Australian Standards. Customers are advised to retain up to 10% of their order or a maximum of three boxes of spare tiles for future repairs. If a valid warranty claim is approved, State Tiles' responsibility is limited to the replacement of the defective tiles and does not extend to surrounding tiles, labour, or any incidental or consequential costs.

Day-to-day: Sweep or vacuum regularly. Mop with a damp mop and pH-neutral cleaner — avoid acid-based or bleach products.

Grout care: Clean with a soft brush and mild detergent. Seal grout annually to prevent staining and moisture ingress.

Outdoor tiles: Rinse periodically to prevent algae. A low-pressure hose or gentle pressure washer removes stubborn marks.

Avoid: Vinegar, bleach, abrasive scrubbers, or acid-based cleaners on any tile surface.
